As a struggling song writer/musician (harrygrant.io) I view Soundcloud with vehement disapprobation. I uploaded 5 of my songs and took a 14 day breather and subsequently it wont let me log in.

It says it thinks I am a bot. I tired 20 or 30 times over period of a month or more to log in using their directions and finally gave up. I cant even remove my songs to upload them somewhere else. I am also on BandCamp and can log in any time I choose with no issue what so ever.

I mistakenly signed up for PreSonus sphere which co-incidentally says its integrated with Soundcloud too. I find Sphere to be an over engineered nightmare and it wont let me into Soundcloud either.

Sphere is the last thing you need for creative flow.
Plus they want to sell you their hard ware to overcome latency.
I’ll take Logic anyday of the week over it. Spotify are arrogant a-holes.

I’m dismayed that Napster (formerly Rhapsody) no longer seems to be part of the discussion. It’s just as good as Spotify, but pays artists much better.
